Personally I was disappointed... A check in that took more than an hour, I was shown around 3 different buildings, I was taken to a room that was ultimately not mine... The room is not bad but I had to ask for towels in the bathroom, the TV does not work it is just there for decoration, there is a kitchenette but nothing to use it not even a teaspoon with the cups of tea... In short not great...

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Mui Ne. Going there and back every evening will be quite expensive and burdensome. There is nothing to do in the hotel - only the pools and the sea. The descent to the sea is quite comfortable on escalators. In the pools there are many loud Asians and their not very well-behaved children who splash around. The service is very mediocre ... we waited for check-in for more than an hour. At first, there was a girl at the reception who did not speak English, who called an assistant. After some time, her partner came, said that everything was ok and we could go. We went out - waited about 20 minutes for a car that would take us to the neighboring building. After that, they brought us (three of us) to a double room and began to say goodbye. For a long time, we tried to explain to a Vietnamese man who did not understand English that we had paid for a four-bed deluxe. We waited some more time and were moved. The room was not very well cleaned - we found the previous tenants' belongings in the bathroom - a washcloth and detergents. There were 2 mugs, 2 robes, and there were three of us. We had to play crocodile for 24 hours to show what we were missing. And also - for some it will be a plus, but for us it was a big minus - very hard mattresses. My back hurt terribly. The hotel has mini-markets and cafes, prices are 2/3 times higher than in the city. Otherwise, everything is fine. The hotel looks very beautiful from afar)

This resort is a steal! 5-star service at an unbelievably cheap price. The location is super convenient, and the restaurants around make it hard to choose. The mattress is just the right hardness and very comfortable to sleep on. The sea view of the infinity pool is completely relaxing, it's the best choice for a vacation!

정말 만족스러웠어요! 객실은 현대적이고 편안하고, 필요한 모든 것이 다 있었습니다. 바다가 보이는 뷰는 정말 최고예요. 게다가 수영장도 멋지고 사진 찍기에 딱 좋아요. 길도 쉽게 찾을 수 있어서 정말 편했습니다. 다른 호텔보다 훨씬 낫습니다!
